General questions
Is TiksiFlow an ERP?
Not a heavy ERP. TiksiFlow combines CRM, workflow and essential business-admin tools so a small company can control its operation without a long enterprise implementation.
What problem does TiksiFlow solve?
It keeps work from disappearing between WhatsApp, spreadsheets, email, notebooks and people’s memory. Each job can have a stage, owner, due dates, files and an activity history.
What types of businesses is it for?
TiksiFlow works especially well for teams that operate through work orders, cases, field services, projects, deliverables, approvals or recurring requests.

Pricing & subscription
How much does TiksiFlow cost?
The U.S. starting price is $69 USD per month for 4 named users and all core features.
How much is an additional user?
Each additional named user is $10 USD per month.
What is a named user?
A specific person who signs in with their own access, permissions, tasks and responsibilities.
Do operational monitors count as users?
No. Read-only operational monitors do not consume named-user seats, and you can create as many as you need.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
If you choose recurring billing, the subscription renews automatically until you cancel future renewal. The checkout and Terms of Service disclose the current billing terms.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can stop future renewal under the current Terms of Service. Paid access generally remains available through the end of the current paid period.
Workflow & features
What can I manage in TiksiFlow?
Work orders, cases, field services, projects, approvals, deliverables or internal requests — each with stages, tasks, owners, dates, files, comments and history.
Does TiksiFlow have Kanban boards?
Yes. Kanban views let you see jobs by stage and move them as work progresses.
Can I attach documents and evidence?
Yes. Attach files, photos, contracts, designs, reports or other evidence directly to the relevant job or task.
Can I print work orders or service forms?
Yes. TiksiFlow supports printable operational formats for internal control, customer sign-off or service delivery.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. TiksiFlow works in modern browsers and can be installed as a PWA for quick access on phones, tablets and computers.
Operational monitors
What is an operational monitor?
A read-only screen that shows selected jobs, tasks or pending work filtered by area, owner, stage, priority or date.
How many monitors can I create?
Operational monitors are unlimited and do not add a separate monthly charge.
Can a monitor edit information?
No. Monitors are intentionally read-only and can be restricted through filters so they show only the information that area needs.
Where are monitors useful?
Production floors, dispatch, reception, service counters, field coordination, supervisor screens or management status displays.
Business admin tools
Does TiksiFlow include accounting?
No. TiksiFlow is not full financial-accounting software. Its strength is CRM, workflow, operational control and essential customer/vendor/payment follow-up.
What admin information can I keep connected?
Customers, vendors, income and expense records, cash and bank movements, balances and collections follow-up can stay tied to the operating context.
Does the U.S. site promise tax-compliant invoicing?
The U.S. offer focuses on CRM, workflow and operational/admin follow-up. Tax-specific invoicing capabilities are not part of the U.S. marketing promise unless explicitly shown in your account or checkout.
Security & access
Does every user get their own login?
Yes. Individual access makes ownership, permissions and activity history easier to control.
Can I manage roles and permissions?
Yes. TiksiFlow includes users, roles and permissions so you can control what each person can view or change.
Are operational monitors secure?
They use controlled links/tokens and read-only access, and can be limited with filters.
How should I think about backups?
TiksiFlow maintains operational backups, but businesses should still retain exports or records required by their own legal, tax or operational policies.
